At Growthgenie, we strive to provide high-quality services. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds will be issued if:

An order is marked as completed but was not delivered.

An order does not start within 5–10 business days.

Partial refunds may be provided for refill services, subject to refill conditions.

2. Refund Method

All refunds will be credited to your Growthgenie account wallet. Refunds will not be issued to bank accounts or payment providers.

3. Disputes and Chargebacks

By using our services, you agree not to file disputes or chargebacks for completed payments without contacting support first.

Filing a dispute or chargeback without prior communication may result in account suspension and service termination. We reserve the right to remove any services delivered in such cases.

4. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

Refund credits may be issued only if an order is non-deliverable or fails due to technical issues.

5. Exclusions

Orders placed for private or misconfigured accounts are not eligible for refunds.

Please verify all order details before submission.

6. Fraudulent Activity

Use of unauthorized or stolen payment methods will result in immediate account termination with no refund.

7. Usage Guidelines

Please do not use multiple servers simultaneously for the same social media page. This may affect service accuracy, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.

8. Service Delivery Time

Most services start instantly. Some may take 24–48 hours to deliver.

If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team. We are available 18 hours per day to assist you.
